By entering, viewing, or interacting with Vibe Check Live™, you explicitly understand, acknowledge, and accept all guidelines, safety policies, and disclaimers outlined in this document.
Live Feed Acknowledgment
By viewing or interacting with the live camera feeds on this platform, you understand that footage is utilized solely to provide an accurate, real-time representation of the venue's atmosphere. The platform employs environmental scanning to measure crowd density and energy; we do not deploy facial recognition, nor do we track or record individual identities.
By accessing Vibe Check Live™ you agree to use the platform for its intended purpose — checking real-time atmosphere data for public venues. Misuse, abuse of reporting features, or attempts to reverse-engineer the environmental scoring model are prohibited.
Safety and Security
You explicitly agree NOT to use this platform, its live scoring data, or its camera feeds to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or track any individual. This application is strictly for checking the general commercial atmosphere of entertainment venues. Any use of this platform to facilitate, coordinate, or engage in criminal or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. We reserve the right to instantly terminate your account, ban your device, and cooperate fully with local law enforcement by handing over relevant telemetry data if malicious or criminal behavior is detected under our parent company Vibe Quantify.
